How Passive Investing Works

 

1. Begin reviewing offerings

After we speak and verify that passive investing is right for you, you’ll begin to receive offerings in your inbox. Educate yourself, review opportunities, ask questions.

2. Choose asset

Once you find an asset and opportunity that suits your needs, you’ll need to conduct your own due diligence, review the offering, consult with your CPA, and express interest to reserve a spot.

3. Fund your investment

Once you find the right opportunity, you’ll now need to securely wire funds to fund the investment. Each investment property will have safeguards in place to protect your investment.

4. Track your returns

Through your monthly updates and regular disbursements, you’ll be able to track the progress of your investment. We’ll keep in touch with you about the performance of the asset, but you will always have an open line of communication with us.
