Ever since our first multifamily building in 2014 on Bannock Street in Denver, we have been committed to spreading the word about the multifamily real estate and the financial freedom that comes with investing in it. Lucas is the Owner and Managing Partner of Bannock Capital, LLC a boutique commercial real estate investment firm that focuses on acquiring, operating and raising capital for distressed commercial real estate and raw land.

Lucas has acquired over 800 multifamily units and hundreds of acres of land. All purchased below value and right along side investors.

Lucas is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer on real estate private equity, creative investing, and business growth.

Lucas lives in the Northern Virginia area with his family and spends his time volunteering time at several different charitable organizations and Boards.
